Welcome to Home Grown Talent the only fanlisting listed at TheFanlistings for Barenaked Ladies. This listing is particularly important to me as not only did they grow up in my hometown, but I actually played in band/orchestra with Andy. I also attended the Music Camp where Steve & Ed got their start. I still remember the talent show where they were taking requests of crazy things to improv a song about and got stuck singing about broccoli and toejam. Creating this fanlisting was such a nostalgic trip. Looking at videos like the one on this page (I forgot I actually owned the shirt that Steve is wearing) and going through all their old tunes which I still know all the words to has been such a wonderful experience. After 37 years, these guys are truly Home Grown Talent.
