Rules

You must be a fan of Lockets.
You don't need to have a website to join, but you must have a valid email address (don't worry it'll be protected from spam by JavaScript).
If you do have a website, and would like it listed, make sure your link (text or graphic) is up before I approve your application : codes are here.
If any of your info changes, you'll update it (link below)

The form below is for joining the Lockets fanlisting. (If you need to make changes to your existing info use the update form instead.)
Don't go spamming the submit button, one click will do it.
Passwords are encrypted in the database and will not be seen by anyone other than you. If you leave the password blank, one will be generated for you.
